Volleyball Recap: St. Cloud Cathedral Takes a Loss

St. Cloud Cathedral was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Foley Falcons, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-18, 25-17.

Leading Foley to victory were Kylie Storkamp and Lainey Gill. Storkamp had 27 assists, while Gill had 11 assists and four digs. Storkamp is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 16 every time she's taken the court this season.

St. Cloud Cathedral's loss dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Foley, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 17-6.

As of now, neither St. Cloud Cathedral nor the Falcons have any future games scheduled.
