Volleyball Recap: Farragut's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Farragut entered their tilt with East Hamilton on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Hurricanes by a score of 2-0. The Admirals have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hurricanes, too.

Megan Frana paced Farragut's offense, picking up seven kills. Frana got some help from Bella Ekeler and her 16 assists. Ekeler was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Farragut's victory bumped their record up to 12-8. As for East Hamilton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-19 record this season.

Farragut wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Maryville on the 27th. As for East Hamilton, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Knoxville Central on the 27th.
