The biggest upset of the week belonged to Waynesville, who took down 40th ranked Hillcrest, 30-26.
Kickapoo extended the longest winning streak in Ozarks this week by beating Joplin, 49-7. This was the team's ninth consecutive win.
Elza Evans provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Lebanon bested Parkview. Evans' favorite target this week was Conner Hicks, who caught 2 passes for 12 yards.
Anthony Cooper put up the best numbers in passing as Kickapoo topped the Eagles. He finished with a total of 5 completions for 108 yards and 1 touchdown. Cooper's favorite target this week was Corbin Harris, who caught 2 passes for 66 yards.
6-foot-2 quarterback Cooper of Joel Wells' team is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1,532. He has also thrown 19 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Connor Ratcliff. The Parkview star has 51 catches for 775 yards.
At the moment, the Hornets are in fourth, while West Plains is in seventh.
The Yellowjackets and the Vikings played the most contested game in the league this week, with the Yellowjackets eventually emerging with a 17-16 victory. Evans ran for 201 yards during the win.
