Basketball Recap: Friday's Defeat Ends Henning's Winning Streak

It was fun while it lasted, but Henning's undefeated season came to an end after seven games on Friday. They fell to the Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers 69-63. The loss put an end to the Hornets' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Henning fell to 7-1. As for Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Henning will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sebeka at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta, they will take on Minnewaska Area at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
