Volleyball Recap: Eagle Point Comes Up Short

Eagle Point lost against Churchill back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles came up short against the Lancers, falling 3-0. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Eagle Point's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Churchill, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-8.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Eagle Point will challenge rival Ashland at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Churchill is set to square off against their familiar foe Crater at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
