South Salem has gone 8-2 against McNary recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Saxons will square off against the Celtics at 6:30 p.m. South Salem will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Thursday, South Salem got the win against West Salem by a conclusive 3-0.

South Salem walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-14, 25-20.

Meanwhile, McNary hadn't done well against West Salem recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Celtics narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Titans 3-2. The game was the first time the Celtics have beaten the Titans on their court since October 18, 2022.

South Salem's record now sits at 15-6. As for McNary, their record is now 8-9.

South Salem took their victory against McNary in their previous meeting back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Saxons since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
