Basketball Recap: Cedar Ridge Comes Up Short

Cedar Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 60-37 to the Tuckerman Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Timberwolves of the 51-48 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2023.

Cedar Ridge now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Tuckerman, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cedar Ridge will welcome Izard County at 6:00 p.m. on December 17th. As for Tuckerman, they will square off against Marshall at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Marshall has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
