Basketball Recap: Stone Bridge Bulldogs vs. Briar Woods Falcons
Stone Bridge lost against Briar Woods back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Stone Bridge Bulldogs were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 66-65 to the Briar Woods Falcons. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Stone Bridge's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Carter Burnes, who went 6 of 15 on his way to 19 points and seven boards, and Sam Rubino, who went 7 for 16 to rack up 15 points along with six steals and five rebounds.
