Football Game Preview: Kinnelon Colts vs. Hopatcong Chiefs + How To Watch

The Kinnelon Colts will square off against the Hopatcong Chiefs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Kinnelon has eight straight victories, Hopatcong has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Kinnelon is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. Everything went their way against Boonton on Friday as they made off with a 44-18 win. Surprisingly, this marked the Colts' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 34-7, which was the final score in Hopatcong's tilt against Wallkill Valley on Friday.

Hopatcong's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Kinnelon, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.

Everything came up roses for Kinnelon against Hopatcong in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 35-7 win. Will the Colts repeat their success, or do the Chiefs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
