Soccer Recap: Kings Mountain Takes a Loss

After flying high against Bessemer City on Tuesday, Kings Mountain came back down to earth. The Mountaineers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Burns Bulldogs on Wednesday.

Kings Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kings Mountain will venture away from home to square off against Hendersonville at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Burns, they will head out to take on East Rutherford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
