Haverhill is 0-10 against Central Catholic since April of 2016 but things could change on Monday. The Hillies will head out to face off against the Raiders at 3:45 p.m. Haverhill is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.2 runs per game this season.

Haverhill is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 11 runs on Thursday, they were much more limited against Chelmsford on Friday. They came up short against the Lions, falling 7-1.

Haverhill saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emmy Monnreal (2025), who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Central Catholic got the win against Greater Lawrence Tech on Wednesday by a conclusive 15-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Raiders.

Central Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Haverhill, they suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 2-2.

Haverhill might still be hurting after the 7-1 defeat they got from Central Catholic in their previous meeting back in May of 2024. Can the Hillies avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
