Volleyball Game Preview: Steele Canyon Cougars vs. Redlands Terriers

The Steele Canyon Cougars will face off against the Redlands Terriers at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Steele Canyon sitting on three straight victories and Redlands on nine.

On Thursday, Steele Canyon beat West Hills 3-1.

Steele Canyon had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-13, 25-23, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Redlands got the win against Citrus Valley on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Redlands took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-14, 25-12.

Steele Canyon's win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Redlands, their victory bumped their record up to 22-4.
