Volleyball Game Preview: California Grizzlies vs. Carondelet Cougars

California is 0-10 against Carondelet since September of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Grizzlies will host the Cougars at 6:30 p.m.

California is headed into the matchup having just suffered their biggest defeat since September 25th on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to Monte Vista.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-16, 25-18.

California's loss came about despite a quality game from Brooklyn Zhang, who had nine digs and two aces.

Meanwhile, Carondelet had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 2-0.

While Carondelet won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-20.

Carondelet's victory bumped their record up to 22-9. As for California, they now have a losing record of 11-12.
