Volleyball Recap: Coastal Christian Finds Playoff Glory Versus Pasadena

Coastal Christian extended their postseason success on Saturday against Pasadena. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Bulldogs. The victory was nothing new for the Conquerors as they're now sitting on four straight.

Coastal Christian got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 35-33, 20-25, 25-20.

Brooke Canaday paced Coastal Christian's offense, picking up 28 kills. Canaday got some help from Mylee Neuschafer and her 43 assists. Neuschafer was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Coastal Christian's record is now 25-7. As for Pasadena, they moved to 17-15 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Looking ahead, Coastal Christian will square off against California Academy of Math & Science at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Pasadena does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
