South Lake had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 35 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Sterling Heights Stallions 52-18.

South Lake's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Sterling Heights, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Lake will venture away from home to square off against Marine City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cavaliers will need to watch out since the Mariners have now posted at least 31 points in their last three contests.
