Basketball Recap: Sierra Canyon Extends Home Winning Streak to 11

Sierra Canyon faced Bishop O'Dowd in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Trailblazers claimed a resounding 82-37 win over the Dragons. With the Trailblazers ahead 53-15 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Sierra Canyon pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.6 points over those games. As for Bishop O'Dowd, their defeat was their first of the season and also makes their record 7-1.
