Volleyball Recap: Kings Comes Up Short

Kings had lost five straight on the road, but on Monday they dropped their record down to 0-10 to make it six. They lost 3-0 to the Milford Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on April 10th.

As for Milford, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season. The win made it back-to-back victories for they.

Drew Ward was the offensive standout of the contest as he had 16 digs and one assist.

Kings wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Loveland on the 29th. As for Milford, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 win against West Clermont on the 29th.
