Crossroads league recap: 5/7/12

Van Horn made the biggest jump in the national rankings, moving from 251 to 227 thanks to a 1-0 record over the past week.

Summit Christian Academy currently leads the league with a 9-3 record overall and a 4-0 mark during league play. Sherwood sits 0.50 game back in second, with a 5-2 record in league play.

The Marksmen's pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing eight hits and one walks to lead the league in both categories. Sherwood has given up a mere 90 hits on the year in addition to compiling 114 strikeouts. Travis Hayworth is the leader in that category with 30 Ks on the season.
