Baseball Game Preview: Lloyd Memorial Juggernauts vs. St. Henry Crusaders

Lloyd Memorial hasn't had much luck against St. Henry recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Juggernauts will look to defend their home field against the Crusaders at 5:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Monday.

Lloyd Memorial made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Grant County, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Juggernauts blew past the Braves 10-4 on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Juggernauts, who have now won three matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Henry). They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over Bellevue on Saturday. The Crusaders not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since April 30, 2024.

St. Henry's victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-8. As for Lloyd Memorial, the win got them back to even at 5-5.
