Baseball Recap: Calvary Chapel Academy Takes a Loss

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Calvary Chapel Academy and Palm Bay have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Monday. Calvary Chapel Academy lost 15-8 to Palm Bay. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Calvary Chapel Academy saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mauricio Urdaneta, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Shea Lindblom also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Calvary Chapel Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Palm Bay, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-5.
