Soccer Game Preview: Indian Springs vs. Northside

The Indian Springs Student will take on the Northside Rams at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Last Tuesday, Indian Springs didn't have quite enough to beat Helena and fell 4-3. The loss continues a trend for Indian Springs in their meetings with Helena: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, Northside fell victim to Montevallo and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. Northside have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northside's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Indian Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3-2.

Everything went Indian Springs' way against Northside in their previous meeting back in March, as Indian Springs made off with a 10-0 win. Do the Student have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rams turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
