Soccer Recap: Lakeview Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lakeview was the 2-1 winner over Clare when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats fell just short of the Pioneers by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. Lakeview have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lakeview's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4-1. As for Clare, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lakeview will welcome Grant at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Clare, they will face off against Gladwin at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Clare will be up against Gladwin's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.4 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
