The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Sedro-Woolley earned a 59-48 win over Ferndale on Wednesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cubs.

Mount Vernon's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Sedro-Woolley, their win bumped their record up to 6-4.
