Ethan Hong and Elijah Badua stepped up to the plate in a big way. Hong went 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one double, while Badua scored a run while getting on base in four of his six plate appearances. Doral Academy Red Rock is 2-1 when Hong posts two or more runs, but 2-5-1 otherwise. Adan Melendrez was another key player, scoring a run while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Doral Academy Red Rock's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Brentwood School, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-8.
