Softball Recap: Central Bucks West Takes a Loss

Central Bucks West lost against North Penn back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bucks fell just short of the Knights by a score of 2-1.

Central Bucks West saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Katherine James, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases.

Central Bucks West's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for North Penn, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central Bucks West will venture away from home to square off against Souderton at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Indians will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Bucks surely won't give up without a fight. As for North Penn, they are taking a road trip to challenge Central Bucks South at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
