Basketball Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Mott Marauders, falling 57-26. The Abes were probably out for revenge after losing 53-11 to them when the teams met back in December of 2021, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Mott, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lincoln will head out to face off against Sterling Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mott, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against L'Anse Creuse at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
