Softball Recap: Garfield Bulldogs vs. Seattle Prep Panthers
Garfield won the last time they faced Seattle Prep and things went their way on Monday too. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 7-4. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Ella Howard and Sula Yogi-Adams did most of the damage at the plate: Howard went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and three RBI, while Yogi-Adams went a perfect 4-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Those two stolen bases gave Howard a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kaitlyn Washington, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBI.
Garfield hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Seattle Prep struck out 12 times.
Garfield's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Seattle Prep, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-15.
As of now, neither Garfield nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
