Basketball Recap: Dulaney Has No Trouble Against Eastern Tech

Dulaney won the last time they faced Eastern Tech and things went their way on Friday too. The Dulaney Lions blew past the Eastern Tech Mavericks 68-48. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lions.

Eastern Tech lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Matthew Foley, who posted ten points and three steals. Foley is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed three or more in the last three games he's played. Jericho Wondeye was another key player, going 5 of 8 en route to 10 points.

Dulaney's win bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Eastern Tech, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.

Dulaney will welcome Patapsco at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Dulaney knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Patapsco likes a good challenge. As for Eastern Tech, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 56-55 victory against Friends on the 27th.
