Volleyball Recap: Dwight Comes Up Short

Dwight lost against Wilmington back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Trojans fell 2-0 to the Wildcats.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-13.

Dwight dropped their record down to 10-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Wilmington, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dwight will take on Henry-Senachwine at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wilmington, they will square off against Coal City at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
