Softball Recap: Russellville Golden Tigers vs. Hamilton Aggies        
        
		
            
 After flying high against Deshler  last Monday, Russellville came back down to earth. The Russellville Golden Tigers took  a  6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hamilton Aggies on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Russellville of the  3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in March.
 Russellville saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Addison Holcomb, who  went 1-for-3 with a  home run.
 Russellville has  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost four of their last five contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 14-10-1 record  this season. As for Hamilton, they pushed their record up to 23-4 with that  win, which was their 13th straight  at home dating back to last season.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Russellville will  take on Mars Hill Bible at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday. Russellville's pitching crew has only allowed 3.8  runs per game  this season, so Mars Hill Bible's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Hamilton, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Haleyville at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
