Football Recap: Irvine Vaqueros vs. Trabuco Hills Mustangs
If Irvine was riding high off their 36-0 takedown of Woodbridge last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Irvine Vaqueros had to suffer through a 42-7 loss at the hands of the Trabuco Hills Mustangs. Irvine's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Trabuco Hills, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Irvine will take on Kennedy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Trabuco Hills, they will face off against El Toro at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both are at an even 4-4 against one another since September of 2014, but likely not for long.
