Basketball Recap: Bedford Takes a Loss

Bedford entered their game against East Mills on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Bedford Bulldogs fell 67-58 to East Mills. The Bulldogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced East Mills earlier this season, when they won 51-42.

East Mills' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jackson Embree, who went 10-for-14 to rack up 28 points and eight boards. Thanks to that strong game, Embree now owns an excellent 53.3% field goal percentage. Mason Camden was another key player, going 6-for-13 en route to 21 points.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bedford fell to 18-1. As for East Mills, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-4.

Bedford didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 78-40 win against Fremont-Mills on the 7th. As for East Mills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 61-59 defeat against Shenandoah on the 6th.
