After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Peach County, Westover was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They strolled past the Bainbridge Bearcats with points to spare, taking the game 26-7. That's more bragging rights for the Patriots, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Westover got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Mikhail Simmons out in front who picked up 119 receiving yards and two scores. Another rusher making a difference was Malik Young, who rushed for 90 yards and one TD on only nine carries.
