Cameron hasn't had much luck against St. Croix Falls recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Comets will head out on the road to face off against the Saints at 5:00 p.m. Cameron is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.7 runs per game this season.

On Monday, Cameron came up short against McDonell Central and fell 5-2. That's two games in a row now that the Comets have lost by exactly three runs.

Taya Jossart made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run and one double.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 22 runs the game before, St. Croix Falls was a bit more limited in their game on Monday. They fell just short of Prescott by a score of 1-0. The loss continues a trend for the Saints in their meetings with the Cardinals: they've now lost five in a row.

Cameron's defeat dropped their record down to 14-10-1. As for St. Croix Falls, their loss dropped their record down to 16-8.

Cameron beat St. Croix Falls 5-2 in their previous matchup back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Comets since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
