Football Game Preview: Guthrie Center/Adair-Casey vs. West Central Valley

West Central Valley have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They take on Guthrie Center/Adair-Casey at 7:00 PM. West Central Valley are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight.

We expected West Central Valley to have trouble with the significantly higher ranked Van Meter last Friday, and they did. West Central Valley suffered a grim 14-35 defeat to Van Meter. West Central Valley were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-35.

Meanwhile, their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Guthrie Center/Adair-Casey, but their most recent match may have softened the blow. They strolled past Clarinda with points to spare, taking the match 38-20. The high-flying offensive effort was a definite turnaround from Guthrie Center/Adair-Casey's flat performance the match before.

The last time the two teams met, West Central Valley came out on top in a nail-biter against Guthrie Center/Adair-Casey, sneaking past 30-27. Will West Central Valley repeat their success, or does Guthrie Center/Adair-Casey have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
