Timpanogos extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to seven on Tuesday, dropping them down to 0-6. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 65-60 heartbreaker at the hands of the Pleasant Grove Vikings. On the bright side, the 60- point effort marked the Timberwolves' highest-scoring contest to date.

As for Pleasant Grove, the win got them back to even at 3-3. Given their advantage in MaxPreps' Utah basketball rankings (they are ranked 26th, while Timpanogos is ranked 88th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Pleasant Grove's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brennan Blackett led the charge by going 9-for-17 to rack up 24 points along with five rebounds and three steals. That's the most points Blackett has posted since back in January. Jaxon Brown was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 12 points and nine boards.

Timpanogos has already played their next game (against Pine View), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Pleasant Grove also has no score uploaded for their next matchup, this one against Herriman.
