Soccer Recap: Lago Vista Has No Trouble Against Long Creek

After low-scoring totals in their previous five contests, Lago Vista brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They never let the Long Creek Dragons onto the board and left with a 4-0 win on Tuesday. That four goal margin sets a new team best for the Vikings this season.

Lago Vista's victory bumped their record up to 6-2-4. As for Long Creek, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lago Vista has already played their next matchup (against Burnet), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Long Creek will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Great Hearts Northern Oaks at 6:00 p.m. on February 21st.
