Cerritos's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They blew past the Pioneer Titans 3-0. The Dons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Titans, too.

One reason for the win was Cerritos' just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-20, 25-13.

Cerritos' victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Pioneer, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-1.

Cerritos has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Warren on the 15th. As for Pioneer, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Artesia on the 18th.
