Julian Mandujano, Indio's leading hitter, solidified his role on Thursday. Mandujano was dialed in as he scored three runs while going 2-for-4. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Yucca Valley last Monday, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Mandujano is becoming a predictor of Indio's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 6-1 (and 4-10 when he doesn't).
