Baseball Recap: Sewickley Academy Comes Up Short

Sewickley Academy lost against Serra Catholic on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Sewickley Academy lost 15-3 to Serra Catholic. Sewickley Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nolan Donnelly made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

Sewickley Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Serra Catholic, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sewickley Academy will square off against Clairton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Serra Catholic, they will take on Belle Vernon at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
