Soccer Recap: LEE's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

LEE's game on Monday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Johnson Jaguars by a score of 2-1. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Volunteers came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 12th, while the Jaguars are ranked 149th).

LEE's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-2-1. As for Johnson, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-4.

LEE has already played their next matchup (against Madison), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Johnson will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Reagan at 7:00 p.m. on February 25th.
