Soccer Recap: Bayside Academy Comes Up Short

Bayside Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Luke's Episcopal Wildcats. That's two games in a row now that Bayside Academy have lost by just one goal.

Bayside Academy's loss dropped their record down to 9-6-2. As for St. Luke's Episcopal, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-6.

Bayside Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Luke's Episcopal, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-1 win against Davidson on the 17th.
