Soccer Game Preview: Alvarado vs. Caddo Mills

The Alvarado Indians will venture away from home to face off against the Caddo Mills Foxes at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Alvarado's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for six straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

On Wednesday, Alvarado came up short against Decatur and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Caddo Mills kept a clean sheet against Sulphur Springs on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 2-0. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Foxes' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 391st, while the Wildcats are ranked 99th).

Caddo Mills' win bumped their record up to 5-2-2. As for Alvarado, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4-1.
