If Glendale was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Liberty Charter last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pirates lost 3-0 to the Umpqua Valley Christian Monarchs on Thursday. The Pirates have struggled against the Monarchs recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Glendale's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Umpqua Valley Christian, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Glendale will take on Elkton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Umpqua Valley Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against New Hope Christian at 6:00 p.m.
