It was an underclassman who stole the show on Friday as Shyla Simms came into the contest on a mission. She almost dropped a double-double on 22 points and nine assists. The effort marked the most assists she has had since back in November of 2024. Her evening made it ten games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points.
