Soccer Recap: Banning Takes a Loss

Banning was the 1-0 winner over Venice when they last played one another back in November of 2015, but their luck changed this time around. The Banning Pilots lost 6-0 to the Venice Gondoliers on Saturday. The Pilots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Banning now has a losing record at 2-3-2. As for Venice, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Banning will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on San Pedro at 4:30 p.m. on January 8, 2025. Venice also won't see the pitch for a while: their next contest is against Culver City at 5:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
