Football Recap: Delphi Community Takes a Loss

Delphi Community lost against Sheridan back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Oracles had to suffer through a 45-6 loss at the hands of the Blackhawks. The Oracles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 31-0.

Delphi Community's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Sheridan, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Delphi Community will challenge Clinton Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Oracles will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 35 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Sheridan, they will square off against Eastern at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
