Soccer Game Preview: Ridgewood vs. Glenbard East

The Ridgewood Rebels will venture away from home to square off against the Glenbard East Rams at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Glenbard East will have to contend with a Ridgewood squad hungry for a victory, something the team hasn't seen since the 2nd. Neither Ridgewood nor Deerfield could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Glenbard East). They put the hurt on Riverside-Brookfield with a sharp 7-0 win on Tuesday. Charlie Gidcumb was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Glenbard East's victory bumped their record up to 5-2-1. Ridgewood's draw makes their record 2-7-2 this season.
