Soccer Recap: Amistad Comes Up Short

After flying high against Derby on Monday, Amistad came back down to earth. Wolves came up short against the Berlin Redcoats on Tuesday, falling 5-0. Jose Gonzalez Diaz was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on his (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

Amistad's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for Berlin, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Amistad will welcome Wright Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Berlin, they will be playing at home against Plainville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
