Hagerman had already won nine in a row dating back to last season and they went ahead and made it ten on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Oakley Hornets by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Pirates also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

While Hagerman might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Oakley scored at least 21 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 24-26, 25-23, 25-21.

Hagerman was led to victory by Addi Chizum and Alexis Beutler. Chizum had 36 digs and four aces, while Beutler had 32 assists and 15 digs. Chizum is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 17 every time she's taken the court this season.

Hagerman's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Oakley, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Hagerman didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Salmon River on the 12th. As for Oakley, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Rockland on the 10th.
